In accordance with the San Joaq' m County <br /> Development Title, this Surfarand Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is being <br /> subrnitie'cf�approval This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> f . <br /> page) <br /> i <br /> F, 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> F2.1 Discussion of Past,Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of the <br /> historic use of this property is testimony of one of the managing owners, Chester Murphy, of <br /> �- Carr Escalon Property, LLC. He was interviewed on June 16, 2010. The subject parcel has been <br /> ' owned by Carr Escalon Properties LLC for over a year. Prior to that the parcel was owned by <br /> Benjamin Estates, LLC. <br /> Presently, the 20: acre parcel is used for rural residences and grazing land. The surrounding <br /> properties to the north and west are used for agriculture and rural residential. The properties to <br /> the east and south.are used as residential. <br /> 1 <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on June 28, 2010 (see <br /> appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on July 22, 2010 by Shaun Mackey <br /> of Dillon& Murphy. The owner was interviewed on July 16, 2010, by Joe Murphy of <br /> Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> Fifindings.
