Brennan Avenue,Escalon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report dated April 21, 2006, identified <br /> contamination/potential contamination issues that should be addressed. Prior to recordation <br /> of the Parcel Map/issuance of Certificate of Compliance the following shall be done: <br /> 1. The underground fuel storage tank shall be removed following all applicable Federal, <br /> State, and local regulations. Collection and analysis of soil samples from the excavation <br /> may be warranted to confirm that leakage has not taken place. <br /> 2. The burn and metal debris in the southeast corner of the property shall be removed and <br /> disposed of in a legal manner. <br /> 3. The drums of oil and waste tires shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all <br /> applicable regulations. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel. <br /> Map/issuance of Certificate of Compliance (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department, <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole..is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map/issuance of Certificate of <br /> Compliance. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
