Brennan Avenue,Escalon The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report dated April 21, 2006, identified contamination/potential contamination issues that should be addressed. Prior to recordation of the Parcel Map/issuance of Certificate of Compliance the following shall be done: 1. The underground fuel storage tank shall be removed following all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. Collection and analysis of soil samples from the excavation may be warranted to confirm that leakage has not taken place. 2. The burn and metal debris in the southeast corner of the property shall be removed and disposed of in a legal manner. 3. The drums of oil and waste tires shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable regulations. B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel. Map/issuance of Certificate of Compliance (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department, The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole..is required. C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map/issuance of Certificate of Compliance. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4).
