NOA in no way <br /> warrants the accuracy or completeness of the information provided to this investigation by those <br /> sources. <br /> It should be noted that when an environmental assessment is completed without sample collection and <br /> quantitative analysis of s <br /> q y oil-and groundwater beneath the site,as in this study,no statement of scientific <br /> l certainty can be made regarding latent subsurface conditions which may be the result of on-site or off- <br /> site sources. The findings and conclusions of this report are not scientific certainties, but rather, <br /> probabilities based on professional judgement concerning the significance of the data gathered during <br /> the course of this investigation. NOA is not able'to represent that the site or adjoining land contains <br /> no hazardous waste, oil,underground storage tanks, or other latent condition beyond that detected or <br /> 1 observed by NOA during the Surface and Subsurface assessment. The possibility always exists for <br /> F contaminants to migrate through surface water, air, or groundwater. <br /> FjStanding water was present at'parts of the property during the site visit, limiting the ability of the <br /> environmental professional to definitively identify soil staining. <br /> Our office has not been provided with specific criteria for the development of this report other than <br /> a request to evaluate the property in question for possible problems related to toxic or hazardous agents, <br /> nor have we been directed to address any specific questions concerning the site.
