Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated April 29, 2005, was deemed <br /> O incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> o J <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Written Confirmation is required from Country Club Sanitary Sewer District that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation <br /> of*,' from the Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to <br /> serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1100.3). <br /> r <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). In addition, a letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system <br /> meets State standards prior to recording the Parcel/final map (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> 6V- D'-Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> q1tp1* an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2 400. <br /> f ' <br /> r <br /> f a ,lam Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> f / Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> r <br /> b/i The vacant structures are unsecured.
