The strict application of the regulation deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity. <br /> If the Deviation is not approved, a new Tentative Map will be submitted <br /> showing a 2" off-set in the property line to meet the 5' requirement. <br /> In realty, a fence will be built without the offset. <br /> 4.
