Bristol Avenue, Stockton, California (APN 123-063-12) Dear Mr. and Mrs. Yeakel: This is to notify you that on October 23, 1992 , the San Joaquin County Development Services Division approved the above-referenced application subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. If you wish to contest this action, you may file an appeal at the Development Services Division office. The ten-day appeal period will expire on November 2, 1992, at 5: 00 p.m. If this date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day. If no appeal has been filed, the action will become final at that time. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to fulfill all Conditions of Approval and to file a Parcel Map with the County Surveyor prior to November 2, 1994, the expiration date of the tentative map approval. You should contact the responsible agencies for assistance in fulfilling the Conditions of Approval. The Parcel Map is to be submitted to the County Surveyor through the Public Services Division of the Department of Public Works. Under provisions of California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) Regulations that became effective on January 1, 1991, the Community Development Department has determined that your project has no potential for any adverse effect, either individually or cumulatively, on wildlife resources.
