Broadway Avenue,2,500- feet south of Waterloo Road, Stockton. (Supervisorial District 2) PROPERTY OWNER: Evergreen Assets, LLC APPLICANT: Quartaroli&Associates, Inc. ADDRESS: 1433 N.Broadway Ave., Stockton APN: 143-150-29 &30 INFORMATION: The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area. The site is within the Phase I area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). Broadway Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 65 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 65 feet. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.(Resolution R-00-433) 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.
