(Supervisorial District 2) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Evergreen Assets, LLC APPLICANT: Quartaroli&Associates, Inc. <br /> ADDRESS: 1433 N.Broadway Ave., Stockton APN: 143-150-29 &30 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> The site is within the Phase I area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). <br /> Broadway Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 65 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 65 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record.(Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.
