The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record.(Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2.
