Obtain Fire Department permit for application of <br /> flammable finishes. <br /> I <br /> C. Provide information on amounts and types of flammable <br /> liquids that will be used in painting operations. <br /> d. Provide information on use for new pad in existing tank <br /> farm. Provide information regarding tank sizes, products <br /> and capacity of diked area tank farm. <br /> 6. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 3 , 000 square feet by area separation <br /> walls. <br /> 2 . The proposed use will change the occupance from <br /> B2/M3 occupancy to an H-4 occupancy (U.B.C. Section <br /> 502 . ) The structure must be brought into compliance <br /> with all current code provisions including <br /> structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical; energy <br /> and handicap requirements. <br /> 3 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> 4 . The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) <br /> shall be served by one or more floor drains which <br /> shall drain to an approved grease and oil separator. <br /> The separator shall have prior approval by the Local <br /> Health District before submission to this Division <br /> for permits and meet all the criteria for hazardous <br /> waste generation. <br />
