State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used <br /> as a storage area . This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> f . Construct an individual sewage disposal system (s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> I�I Division at the time of development. <br /> l <br /> 4 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . Emissions generated during the construction process are <br /> of some concern to the District. The following dust <br /> practices shall be implemented: <br /> 1 . Use of water trucks and or sprinklers as often as <br /> necessary. <br /> 2 . All vehicles .leaving the work-site shall be cleaned <br /> as to prevent dirt and mud from reaching adjacent <br /> streets . <br /> E <br /> E <br /> 3 . Streets shall be kept free of dust and dirt. <br /> 4 . All trucks shall be covered. <br /> 5 . All internal combustion engines in construction <br /> vehicles shall be maintained and <br /> properly tuned . <br /> b. The applicant shall apply for Authority to Construct and <br /> Permit to Operate from the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control. District in operating a paint spray <br /> booth in compliance with the he Distract Is Rule No. 201 (A) , <br /> (B) , and Rule No. 409 .
