Legal descriptions of the new parcels shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division at the same time that the Record of <br /> Survey is submitted to the Surveyor ' s Office ., The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor . <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> I <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> Improvement Plan approval . A percolation test and a sewage <br /> i disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation tests from the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required . <br /> k b. An Improvement Plan shall be submitted showing the location <br /> s of the well and sewage disposal area ( including a 100% <br /> k <br /> expansion) . <br /> c . Construct an individual sewage disposal system( s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development. <br /> i d . Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. The right-of-way shall have a minimum unobstructed width of <br /> not less than 20 feet and turn arounds shall be provided in <br /> i all access roads in excess of 150 feet in length adequate to <br /> handle fire apparatus . vertical road clearance must be <br /> unobstructed of not less than 13 feet 6 inches . Surface <br /> shall be designed and maintained to support the imposed <br /> loads of fire apparatus and shall be provided with a surface <br /> so as to provide all weather driving capabilities as <br /> required by the uniform Fire Code 1985 edition , section <br /> 10 ..207 . <br /> i <br /> i <br /> i <br />
