[6] LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this Soil Suitability Study are based upon current information concerning the
location and results of the percolation testing, and the highest anticipated depth to grOLindwater.
Results of the percolation testing can only be assumed to be representative of the subsurface
conditions encountered in the area of the testing. If significant soil changes occur from what was
encountered during testing, our firm should be notified to assess the situation.
It is our opinion the findings included in this study are a reasonable assessment of the current subject
property and surrounding study area conditions regarding septic system density, nitrogen fertilization
and potential impact to the underlying groundwater. This opinion cannot constitute a guarantee or
warranty, either expressed or implied against future environmental impact.
Respectfully submitted,
QUALITY CONTROL INSPECT>[a N INC.
Don Chesney, R.E.A. o N,0 c;C;;
* Expirc-3:
y
CALF
V
V
"'
0Q-1i4J Control Inspection
