NO The amendment is being proposed to redistribute land use, such that the overall residential land use acreages an,i units along with the employment buildout of the community remain the same. The amendment brings the proposed retention basins into compliance with the Master Plan.The relocation of the permanent fire station location is not in conflict with existing land use desi agn tions. C. Will the project disrupt a nattiral or recreation area,impact access to waterways,or allow trespass onto surrounding land? NO The retention basin will be located ad i acent to Mountain House Creek and integrated into the Mountain House Creek Community Park as a recreational amenity. The Mountain House CSD is recom:m.endin conditions of a roval for the retention basin that will require that its design be consistent with the character of the Mountain House Creek Commluuty Park.
