CASE RD., TRACY PA#; 03-341
REPORT DATE: 5114104
r
Section Comments
The report does not address the fact that there are at least four engineered septic systems
3.4, in the general area, two of which utilize "MicroSeptec" septic tanks. These systems were
3.6, 4.2 created in response to the extremely high nitrate levels found in the groundwater, a point
also not mentioned in this report.
Due to the existing environmental conditions for this general area, it is generally expected
that an engineered, or alternative, septic systems will be accepted for development
6.7, 6.8 occurring in this area. Also, based on the different employee numbers, and the subsequent
calculations based off of said numbers, it appears the justification for the installation of a
standard sewage system cannot be justified as stated in the conclusion of the report.
i
f
G
I!
It
I
f
r
d '
i
I
E
it
i
i
I
I
!
I
i
i
!
