CABE ROAD <br /> F1 TRACY, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Mr. Carnahan: <br /> Kleinfelder is pleased to present the results of our soil suitability and nitrate loading studies for <br /> 24126 S. Cabe Road in Tracy, California. The Assessor's P c umber of the r ert rX,;s 250- <br /> 1 150-08 and a map showing the parcel location is attached. The purpose of our studies was to <br /> determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The study was performed in <br /> general accordance to the requirements of Section 9-10100© of San Joaquin County Ordinance. <br /> The following includes background information regarding the proposed development, past and <br /> present use of the site, existing septic tank performance and permitting, and the groundwater <br /> conditions in the project area. In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures <br /> and the site conditions encountered during our field exploration and the results of percolation <br /> fl tests are presented. Finally, our project limitations are provided. <br /> F] 1. SITE DESCRIPTION 1 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> We understand the 1.08-acre project site is zoned C-G Sgeneral commercial). At the time of our <br /> study, the relatively level site was vacant and covered with short grasses and.weeds. To the best <br /> of our knowledge there are no existing wells, septic systems, or structures currently present on <br /> the project site. We understand that a 15,000 square foot, 13 unit, single-story metal building for <br /> personal storage and office space for small contracting businesses is planned. Please see the <br /> attached site plan for the proposed site layout.
