A permit for the percolation test from Environmental Health Division' is <br /> required. The soil suitability study shall also include in the study the impact the <br /> twelve new wells will have on the existing wells surrounding this development. <br /> If you plan topp <br /> rocess the major subdivision application SU-92-6 at the same time then <br /> p 1 <br /> every lot will be required to have a percolation test, incorporating that information in <br /> the study. 1 <br /> SU-92-6 <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. II <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and regulations of San <br /> I` Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test on each <br /> parcel and a sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division is required; if not <br /> already done for the soil suitability study. <br /> b. On each parcel construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> i� <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health rare Services <br />
