The subdivision's internal streets, <br /> built to the standards for a 50-foot wide right-of-way rural road, will provide through access to the two <br /> public roads and contain two cul-de-sacs measuring approximately 270 and 400 feet long. Each of the <br /> cul-de-sacs will serve three lots.
