Anderson & Associates <br /> soil suitability and nitrate loading studies dated December 271 <br /> 1991, and April 7, 1997, and has found them acceptable for all the <br /> lots. <br /> i <br /> The installation of the septic systems must be under an application <br /> permit, inspection, and approved by this Department. The permit fee <br /> is $180.00. The installation of the water wells and pumps must be <br /> under an application permit, :inspection, and approved by this <br /> Department. Wells are to have a minimum 100 foot grout seal and to <br /> be installed according to San Joaquin County Standards. The permit <br /> fee is $230.00. <br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be <br /> bacteriologically potable; however, chemical quality has not been <br /> ascertained.
