Closure Documentation—7500)Pest Eleventh Street, Tracy, C4. **moo Page 3 <br /> 2.0 CHECKLIST OF REQUIRED DATA FOR NO FURTHER ACTION <br /> REQUEST AT UNDERGROUND TANK SITES <br /> The SJCEHD letter dated April 19, 2012 requested that they be provided with any of the <br /> information included in the Table 1- Checklist of Required Data for No Further Action <br /> Request at Underground Tank Sites of Appendix A in Reports, Tri-regional Board Staff <br /> Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank <br /> Sites (California Environmental Protection Agency Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board Central Valley Region April 2004) not previously submitted for the 7500 West <br /> I I th Street Site. In the case of checklist items already submitted to the regulatory <br /> agencies the letter requested that the reports containing the requisite information be <br /> identified. <br /> Each item cited in the checklist is addressed below. <br /> 2.1 Distance to Production Wells for Municipal, Domestic, Agriculture, Industry <br /> and Other Uses within 2000 ft. of Site <br /> This information was provided in the following Reports: <br /> The San Joaquin Company Inc. (2001), Site Characterization Report: <br /> Former Fueling Station at 7500 West Eleventh Street, Tracy, California. <br /> January 2001. <br /> The San Joaquin Company Inc. (2002), Report on Extended Site <br /> Characterization - Former Fueling Station at 7500 West Eleventh Street, <br /> Tracy, California. October 2002. <br /> Due to high nitrate concentration in groundwater in this agricultural area, the majority of <br /> the potable water supply wells screened in formations lying above the Corcoran Aquitard <br /> on, or in the area of the 7500 West 11 th Street site have either been closed or converted <br /> to use as irrigation wells in compliance with SJCEHD directives. Both the new on-site <br /> and off-site wells, all of which are screened below the Corcoran Aquitard were installed <br /> by DEC and their locations have been have been recorded on the figures included in <br /> DEC's groundwater-quality monitoring reports. The currently extant wells are located as <br /> shown on Figure 2 which was included in: <br /> Dietz Engineering and Construction, Inc. (2011), Groundwater-quality <br /> Monitoring Report-July 2011, Former Fueling Station, 7500 West Eleventh <br /> Street, Tracy, California. October 2011. <br /> 2.2 Site Maps to Scale, of Area Impacted Showing Locations of Any Former and <br /> Existing Tank Systems, Excavation Contours and Sampling Locations, Boring <br /> and Monitoring Well Elevation Contours, Gradients, and Nearby Surface <br /> Waters, Buildings Streets, and Subsurface Utilities. <br /> Site maps and other relevant drawings have been included in all reports related to the <br /> DEC <br />
