Calloway Court, Stockton <br /> Land Use Application#PA-06-00313 (SA) Service Request SR#0050132 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed your <br /> Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated March 28, 2007 and has found it acceptable. <br /> SPECIAL COMMENTS AREA: <br /> Due to the report findings regarding the potential for elevated/build-up of nitrate levels in <br /> the soil/groundwater over time this project will require an engineered septic system <br /> design sewage disposal system incorporating a nitrogen reduction component to maintain <br /> nitrogen levels at or below the maximum contaminant level of l Omg/L-N. <br /> The Environmental Health Department (EHD)will require a registered engineer to submit <br /> plans for the proposed engineered design sewage disposal system to our office with a <br /> review fee of$190.00 at time-of submittal. In addition, EHD will need to approve the <br /> plans prior to issuance of the required Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Permit and <br /> Annual Operations Permit. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact my staff person Michael F.
