The domestic water well was sampled due to requirements provided under the San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7. The existing private water well located at 14300 Campbell Road was sampled by the State-approved laboratory, GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc., on October 31, 2003. The domestic well analytical results are summarized in Table 1 below. The State MCL for DBCP is 0.0002 mg/L. The domestic well located at 14300 Campbell road did not contain DBCP in concentrations at or above the reporting limit of 0.01 ug/L. The State MCL for nitrates has been set at 45 mg/L. The water collected from the domestic well contained 14 mg/L of nitrates, a concentration below the State maximum allowable level.
