This site is <br /> located on the north side of Canepa Road, 1100 feet east of <br /> Hildreth Lane, northeast of Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments : <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to recording <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor' s Division. <br /> Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on ordinance requirements.
