THE EXISTING <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEMS <br /> PIT OR PITS <br /> WA CONSIST OF A SEPTIC TANK AND LEACH LINES <br /> ITH A SEEWITH A DEPTH OF 25 FEET WITH A DI ME ER OF NO <br /> LESS THAN 33 INCHES. <br /> ENGINEER'S OPINION SOIL SUITABILITY: <br /> FROM THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE PERCOLATION TESTS AND EXISTING <br /> PERMITS FOR THE REPAIR AND INSTALLATION OF PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS, <br /> THE SEPTIC SYSTEMS FOR PARCELS 1 AND 4 SHOULD CONSIST OF A 10,000 <br /> SQUARE FOOT LEACH FIELD AREA AND SEEPAGE PITS. THE SEPTIC SYSTEM FOR <br /> PARCELS 2 AND 3 SHOULD CONSIST OF A 12,000 SQUARE FOOT LEACH FIELD <br /> AREA WITH SEEPAGE PITS. THE SEEPAGE PITS SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM <br /> DIAMETER OF 33 INCHES AND SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED TO A DEPTH OF <br /> GREATER THAN 25 FEET. THE NUMBER OF SEEPAGE PITS AND LENGTH OF LEACH <br /> LINES SHALL BE DESIGNED <br /> FOR THE <br /> TO SOIL <br /> SERVED.ITIONS IN THE AREA, AND THE <br /> SIZE OF THE HOUSE <br /> THE GROUNDWATER TABLE IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 82 FEET BELOW THE <br /> GROUND SURFACE. THEREFORE,THE GROUNDWATER LEVEL WILL MEET THE <br /> TEN FOOT OFF THE GROUNDWATER TAB EE THE SE <br /> M OF THE SEEPAGE PITS <br /> AND THE TOPOP SEPTIC SYSTEM SHOULD NOT <br /> ADVERSELY AFFECT THE GROUND WATER TABLE. <br /> quFET 11 <br />
