For purposes of this EIR, it is assumed <br /> that these parcels would be developed with rural residential uses i <br /> at the same or similar density as the proposed project. However, <br /> it should be noted that no applications have been submitted to <br /> date. As of November 1987, six additional residential projects <br /> have been proposed in theadjacent Morada Rural <br /> Residential Area and Northeast . Stockton Urban Area. (Refer to <br /> figures 10 ^and 11 . ) Four of these (Atwood, Hogue, Zagaris and <br /> Blatt) are single-family residential infill projects located <br /> within the Morada Rural Residential Area. Two proposals (Cole and <br /> Arnaiz) are located south of the Morada area and are considered to <br /> De in the Northeast Stockton urban Area . One is a mobile home <br /> park located approximately 1 . 5 miles southwest of the study area, <br /> east of Highway 99. The other is a mixed use development project <br /> located on Holman Road, west of Highway 99 . All of these projects <br /> are at various stages of the development approval process.
