_ h i D. CUMULATIVE IMPACTS 1 . Environmental Setting " The study area includes the project site and adjacent parcels - as shown in Figure - 4. For purposes of this EIR, it is assumed that these parcels would be developed with rural residential uses i at the same or similar density as the proposed project. However, it should be noted that no applications have been submitted to date. As of November 1987, six additional residential projects have been proposed in theadjacent Morada Rural Residential Area and Northeast . Stockton Urban Area. (Refer to figures 10 ^and 11 . ) Four of these (Atwood, Hogue, Zagaris and Blatt) are single-family residential infill projects located within the Morada Rural Residential Area. Two proposals (Cole and Arnaiz) are located south of the Morada area and are considered to De in the Northeast Stockton urban Area . One is a mobile home park located approximately 1 . 5 miles southwest of the study area, east of Highway 99. The other is a mixed use development project located on Holman Road, west of Highway 99 . All of these projects are at various stages of the development approval process. Table x 6 lists these projects.
