The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a twenty-five <br /> (25) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Cardinal Avenue to the property across the parcel's <br /> frontage. (A $350.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in <br /> addition to acopy of the:Grant Deed.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.): <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$ 721.00 per 1000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$ 228.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January I of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified <br /> that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shaltbe obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
