Should the proposed improvements require the need for additional sewer capacity,and <br /> should San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the <br /> City's General Plan,the property owner shall be required to apply For a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, and <br /> pay the applicable fees. <br /> 2. City records indicate that the proposed building sites as well as the existing restaurant <br /> are separate legal parcels, and held in common ownership with the adjacent parcels <br /> which encompass the entire site. In order to ensure appropriate access rights, said <br /> parcels should be merged, or a reciprocal parking and access agreement should be <br /> recorded prior to the issuance of any building permit(s). <br /> 3. Access to the church facility, including the proposed multi-purpose room and the <br /> proposed expanded parking facility,aswell as access to the existing restaurant shall be <br /> prohibited via 1"ranldin Avenue. <br /> Stockton <br /> 4499 <br />
