Ruc 04 04 04:29P Citw of StocktonPW-PermiLt 1euur:J14r-UzJui
CITY OF STOCKTON
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
City Hall • 425 N. El Dorado Street • Stockton, CA 95202-1997 • 209/937-8411 • Fax 709/1937-8277
www.stocktongov.com
August 4, 2004
Jennifer Jolley
San Joaquin County Community Development
Development Services Division
1810 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 05205
A SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION TO EXPAND AN EXISTING CHURCH TO INCLUDE A
14,004 SQUARE FOOT MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, 42 NEW PARKING SPACES AND
PROVIDE ACCESS FROM COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD
NU R A
The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers
the following comments:
1. Should the proposed improvements require the need for additional sewer capacity, and
should San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton
Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the
City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply For a City of Stockton
Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, and
pay the applicable fees.
2. City records indicate that the proposed building sites as well as the existing restaurant
are separate legal parcels, and held in common ownership with the adjacent parcels
which encompass the entire site. In order to ensure appropriate access rights, said
parcels should be merged, or a reciprocal parking and access agreement should be
recorded prior to the issuance of any building permit(s).
3. Access to the church facility, including the proposed multi-purpose room and the
proposed expanded parking facility, aswell as access to the existing restaurant shall be
prohibited via 1"ranldin Avenue.
Stockton
4499
