The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> • This finding can be made because the parcels'.lot size and width satisfy the <br /> minimum lot size,width, and setback requirements for parcels in the R-L <br /> zone and Policy 2 of General Plan Policies specific to Lockeford in Volume It, <br /> pg-VI-15. In addition,the project site is relatively level. <br /> 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Tentative Map is consistent with the <br /> General Plan density requirements of 2-6 dwelling units per gross acre in the <br /> R/L General Plan designation. The parcels are suitable for proposed public <br /> sewer, water, and stormwater services. <br /> 5. Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause <br /> substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or <br /> their habitat. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this project <br /> did not identify any known rare or endangered species or habitats or other <br /> substantial environmental adverse effects. <br /> 6.
