Dedication to result in a 25 foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Carlton Road to the property line <br /> shall be required across the 25 foot wide access. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,387.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Service Commercial in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$569.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 <br /> of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5): <br /> 6. Applicant shall provide will serve letters for water service, sewer service and storm drainage. <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
