The project will <br /> connect to PG&E's transmission grid at the existing Weber substation located adjacent to the west of the site and will <br /> receive, store and discharge electricity from and to the grid. The project will not utilize water or sewer services. Storm <br /> water will be retained onsite. The project site can be accessed from Carpenter Road. Currently, there is a residence on <br /> the property permitted to operate as a residential care facility for a maximum of twenty-one (21) residents. This property <br /> is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is R/L(Low <br /> Density Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of East Carpenter Road, 475 feet east of South Pock <br /> Road, Stockton.
