The basis of our Community Facilities District #2 (CFD 92) is as
follows: school facility mitigation is currently-charged at a rate of$3:01. per square foot ($3,.09
per sq. ft. effective July 1, 1998) of habitable building space for any new home within :the
boundaries of CFD #2. This assessment is payable in two installments; namely, $500 at.the time
that the building is requested, with the remainder'being due at the close of escrow or within 240
days, whichever comes first.
Please advise this project's developer Eva L. White, Etal do Moyer Consulting, that the District Y
will oppose the approval of their major subdivision application until an annexation can:'be
executed or a separate mitigation p g agreement that is equal in value to the annexation can:ibe
negotiated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance in this chatter. We look forward to discussing this
issue further with the project developer and yourself_
Sincerely,
)
e
Steve L.
