The easement should be <br /> recorded as a deed restriction and/or C.C.& R's (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) <br /> applicable to the property flowing in perpetuity to all successor property owners. <br /> ,1 <br /> If you should require further information or clarification regarding our recommendations, <br /> please do not hesitate to contact me.
