Total Lead. <br /> 3.6.3 Well Development <br /> i <br /> On May 2, 2000, Spectrum mobilized a well-development rig to the site and developed <br /> each of the seven groundwater-quality monitoring wells by pumping, surging and bailing. <br /> 3.6.4 Well Completion Reports <br /> In compliance with Sections 13700 through 13806 of the California Water Code <br /> regulatory requirements, a Well Closure Report (Form 188), together with attached <br /> boring log and construction details was completed for each of the closed wells and filed <br /> with the California Department of Water Resources with copies to the SJCPHS. <br /> 3.7 Groundwater Sampling in Monitoring Wells <br /> On May 11, 2000, SJC conducted a first round of groundwater sampling in the seven <br /> monitoring wells that had been installed on the site.
