W.
Extended Site Characterization Report: 7500 West Eleventh Street, Trary, C4, Page 20
The results of the groundwater analyses are presented in Table 4, which also includes all
historical groundwater analysis data.
l Note: During early rounds of groundwater-quality monitoring, analyses
performed on selected samples of soil and groundwater also included
analysis for total lead in soil and groundwater. The sampling locations and
the results of those analyses are included in Tables 3 and 4. However, in
those cases where lead was detectable, its concentration was well within
the range that is known to occur naturally in the alluvial deposits on which
the subject property is located (The San Joaquin Company Inc. 2000). We
also note that neither EDB nor 1,2-DCA was detected in any samples of
.._ groundwater that were analyzed.
5.13 Disposal of Purge Water
When the results of the groundwater analyses were available, the concentration of
contaminants, if any, in the purge water held in the 55-gallon drums was determined.
r Clean water was decanted onto a paved and drained surface on the site. Contaminated
water was decanted into the 1,000-gal, storage tank located on the 7500 West Eleventh
Street property(ref. Section 5.8).
.1 5.14 Information Reports to State Agencies
5.14.1 Well Completion Reports
>,.
In compliance with Sections 13700 through 13806 of the California Water Code
regulatory requirements, Well Completion Reports (Form 188), together with attached
=` boring logs, well construction details and groundwater quality data were completed for
each of the wells and filed with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR)
and the SJCEHD.
5.14.2 EIectronic Reports to the SWRCB
As required by California Assembly Bill 2886, in compliance with the State Water
Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Underground Storage Tank Regulations under Title
23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Article 12, Sections 2729 and 2729.1 of the California Code
of Regulations (CCR), latitude and longitude, casing elevation, and depth to groundwater
information regarding each installed well and data regarding the quality of the water in
each well, as well as a map of the site and its surrounding area, were submitted
electronically to the SWRCB Geographic Environmental Information Management
System database.
' sic
