PA-0700293 OF PASTOR OF ST. <br /> PATRICK'S CHURCH (APN: 205-070-20) (ADDRESS: 17495 S. <br /> t CARROLTON ROAD, ESCALON) <br /> This project.�is a Use Permit Application to construct a regional church for 700 members and a <br /> K-8 school to be completed in four phases. Phase I consists of a 2,000 square foot chapel. <br /> Phase II consists of a 20,000 square foot building for religious assembly to be completed by <br /> 2017. Phase 111 consists of a 50,000 square foot K-8 school and youth center for up to 200 <br /> students to be completed by 2027. Phase IV to consist of a 30,000 square foot multi-purpose <br /> building with'offices and a 4,000 square foot convent to be completed by 2037. (Use Type: <br /> Religious Assembly- Regional & Educational Services- General). <br /> The parcel has a General Plan designation of AIG (General Agriculture) and is zoned AG-40 <br /> (General Agriiculture, 40-acre minimum). The project is located on the west side of Carrolton <br /> Road, 1,2001 feet north of St Rt Hwy 120, west of Escalon. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this application and has the <br /> N following comments: <br /> r <br /> i Background <br /> The church 'currently operates a 350 member religious facility and maintains a cemetery on <br /> the parcels immediately to the south of the proposed project site (APNs 205-070-22, 24, 25, <br /> 2fi). Upon completion of the Phase II facility, the existing church will remain and be used as a <br /> 1 chapel for the cemetery. The project site contains an existing single family residence which <br /> will remain and is not a part of the project. <br /> i <br />
