-3- <br /> Landscaping <br /> The site plan indicates landscaping within the parking area and along Carrolton Road. <br /> Development Title Section 9-1020.7 states that all areas not used for buildings, parking, <br /> driveways, walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.5 states that parking areas with more than twenty (20) stalls shall provide a <br /> minimum of.r ive percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not <br /> including ia6d' scaping along street frontages. One tree is required for each five (5) parking <br /> stalls, or portion thereof, and must be evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. As a result, <br /> a minimum of sixty-four (64) trees will be required as a condition of approval. <br /> The site plan indicates a landscaping strip along Carrolton Road. Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.5 states that a 10 foot landscaping strip shall be installed between parking lots and <br /> adjacent public streets. Therefore, a minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting <br /> the ultimate !,right-of-way width of Carrolton Road, must be installed across the frontage or <br /> between the` parking lots and adjacent streets of the project site. The dimensions of the <br /> landscaping strip must be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Signs <br /> i�� <br /> Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included <br /> on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from any <br />` future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe).
