3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. The total number of bicycle racks required is sixteen (16). (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> !i <br /> f) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access driveways shall have a width of no less than <br /> twenty-five (25)feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, <br /> except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less <br /> than 1twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][11) <br /> g) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[g]) <br /> 2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> Provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.7)Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall <br /> be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> 2) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of Carrolton Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> 3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Sixty-four (64) trees shall be planted, evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot. A minimum of 3 trees shall be planted in Phase I; <br /> a minim <br /> um of 61 trees shall be planted in Phase Il. <br /> !i <br /> i) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall <br /> be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of- <br /> way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not <br /> permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br />
