A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. Show onsite traffic <br /> circulation, staging, as well as entrance and exit plans relevant to inflow and outflow of vehicles during drop <br /> off and ick qp times of students. Refer to the traffic study for trip volumes during critical times. The plan <br /> should account for staging areal, utilized as drop off / pick up zones close to the school's internal <br /> pedestrian walkways. Conflict points between pedestrian and vehicles should be avoided. Parking aisles <br /> may be utilized as queuing zones during peak hour times to prevent overflow of traffic onto the public <br /> roadways. A separate parking area for school fatuity should be established away from the main (general <br /> public) parking areas. Establish internal NO STOPPING/PARKING areas as necessLryto reserve a clear <br /> staging area (drop off 1 pick up). <br />
