These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with appropriate waste <br /> management practices. A manure management plan shall be submitted for <br /> approval tot he Environmental Health Division. A review fee of $156.00 is <br /> applicable at the time of submittal. Compliance with the Ordinance Code of <br /> San Joaquin ,County, Title 5, and the California Code of Regulations Title <br /> F 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in manure <br /> k management plan. <br /> 2. Destruction or proper sealing of the abandoned irrigation well under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development, Title Section 9-115.5(e)0. <br /> f <br /> 3.
