The combination of through traffic with horse laden vehicles pulling out from the Powers property could cause serious accidents. From the exit to the north there is a raised irrigation canal which causes a blind spot. b)Dust Problem There will be an unbelievable amount of dust firom all the horses boarded there not to mention the vehicles and horses that will arrive on the weekends. Dust will contribute to a very serious mite and spider control problem. This will entail farmers spending age amounts of money for these unusual events. c)Parking Problem I Parking along the shoulder of Carrolton or Mello should.not be allowed under any circumstances." We should be able to enjoy our patios like other people in other areas.
