Carrolton Rd., Ripon, CA 95366 <br /> Our objections are as follows: <br /> a) Environmental Impact Study <br /> b) Fly Problem <br /> c) Dust Problem <br /> d) Animal Refuse. <br /> e) Human Sanitation <br /> f) Public Address System <br /> g) Trak Problem <br /> h) Parking Problem <br /> 1) Encroachment of Private Property <br /> j) Security <br /> This woman has abused this operation by saying she is operating under all rules mandated <br /> by Health Dept, Planning Commission, and zoning laws. <br /> It is my understanding that she has no equipment to dispose of horse manure such as <br /> tractor, manure spreader, or disc to work the ground. <br /> We question whether she can manage all this as a family operation. Besides her son and <br /> daughter, other young people have been seen doing work around the property. It's our <br /> understanding that her son and daughter are attending school. There is a foreman and his <br /> 1 girl friend plus baby seen on the property doing work. Is she carrying proper insurance to <br /> cover these individuals? <br />
