Page 1 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> ' This work plan has been prepared for a program designed to refine the definition of the <br /> plume of affected groundwater emanating from the site of a former fueling station at 7500 <br /> West Eleventh Street, Tracy, California (the Navarra Site) and to manage floating fuel <br /> hydrocarbon products that are present on the groundwater within some parts of the plume. <br /> The proposed extension of the plume definition studies and second stage of floating product <br /> removal are based on, and developed from, the already-completed phases of site <br /> characterization and from analysis of the results of the existing groundwater-quality <br /> monitoring program that has been established in the area in and around of the plume of <br /> affected groundwater. <br /> 1.1 Site Location <br /> The subject site area is situated in San Joaquin County, a short distance to the east of the city <br /> limits of the City of Tracy, California, at the northwest corner of West Eleventh Street and <br /> Chrisman Road.
