Work Plan for Refined Plume Definition and Management of Floating Product-7500 W I tth St., Tracy, CA, Page 82 <br /> 13.0 REPORTS <br /> k The following reports will be prepared to document and present conclusions from the <br /> «� extended site characterization and LNAPL removal program. <br /> 13.1 Engineering Reports <br /> An engineering report presenting the results of the floating product removal, including all <br /> subsurface logs and laboratory certificates of analysis for all analyzed samples of soil and <br /> .. groundwater, together with an updated interpretation of the lateral and vertical extent to <br /> which the site has been affected by fuel hydrocarbons and a description of the installed <br /> floating-product remediation system will be submitted to the SJCEHD. <br /> w <br /> The quarterly groundwater-quality reports that are prepared for the site and submitted to the <br /> SJCEHD will continue to be published but will be expanded to include data from the <br /> y- expanded array of groundwater-quality monitoring wells and the floating product monitoring <br /> wells, and documentation of the operation of the installed floating product remediation <br /> system. <br /> A final site-closure engineering report will include the results of the final round of <br /> groundwater-quality monitoring, the intrinsic remediation evaluation, a formal <br /> 4w documentation of the human health and ecological risk analysis and a complete summation <br /> and documentation of the history of the site. <br /> 13.2 Information Reports to State Agencies <br /> The following reports that are required by regulation will be submitted to the concerned <br /> California state agencies. <br /> 13.2.1 Well_CoWletion and Destruction Reports <br /> *W In compliance with Sections 13700 through 13806 of the California Water Code regulatory <br /> requirements, a Well Completion Report (Form 188), together with attached boring logs, <br /> '" requirements, <br /> construction details and groundwater quality data will be completed for each of the <br /> wells and filed with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and the SJCEHD. <br /> s- <br /> Similar reports will be filed with the DWR for each well that is closed as part of the proposed <br /> scope of work. <br /> 13.2.2 Electronic Report to the California State Water Resources Control Board <br /> As required by A132886, in compliance with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) Underground Storage Tank Regulations under Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, <br /> w. Article 12, Sections 2729 and 2729.1 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR), the <br /> latitude and longitude of the location of each newly-installed well, the elevation of the top of <br /> its casing relative to mean sea level, the depth from the top of the casing to groundwater and <br /> data regarding the quality of the water in the well will be transmitted electronically to the <br /> sic <br />
