Phase Two to be completed in (3) three years includes the addition of 100.000 birds and the construction of a 33.100 square foot compost barn. Phase Three to be completed in (5) five years, includes the addition of 100.000 birds and the construction of a 55.500 square foot laver house. Phase Four, to be completed in (7) seven years, includes the addition of 100.000 birds and the construction of a 55.500 square foot layer house. Phase Five, to be completed in (8) eight years, includes the addition of 100.000 birds and the construction of a 55.500 square foot laver house. Phase Six, to be completed in (9) nine years, includes the infill of the existingpond. the construction of a 2.775 square foot packing and cold storage building and the addition of(3) three manure drying tunnels to existing layer houses. Each manure drying tunnel to contain 15.500 square feet. This parcel is under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Carter Road, 1,300 feet east of Henry Road, Escalon (APN/Address: 207-080-04/30636 East Carter Road, Escalon)(Supervisorial District: 4). ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration may be proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration will be available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than May 4, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on May 16, 2018. NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this project.
