The engineer must determine which lot was not pretested and submit an <br /> addendum to the soil suitability test done for this area (SU-86-8) and test as. <br /> required. A permit fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required and must be <br /> obtained from this department. <br /> a. A review fee of $156.00 is required at the time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 2. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of state <br /> P 1 P P { <br /> specific) Improvement Plan approval/Final Map_ recordation. A letter shall be <br /> submitted from the purveyor stating that these services are either bonded for or <br /> are in place, prior to final approval.
