` JUN-27-1996 15=21 FROM OUARTAROLI ACSSQC. INC. TO 4640138 P.01
L HE T1 I
x',' 2
Jute 26, 1996
San Joaquin County
Public Health SerV'iCeS
F Aronmental Health Division
304 E. Veber Avenue, 3rd Floor
Stockton, Ca 95201-4388
Attention: Carol Oz Via: Fax
SubjW. MS-96-14 and DV-96-2
1. Will a soil suitability study- as required by Section 9-1105.2(d), of the San .Toaquin
County Development title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system
be required as part of the approval?
2. Will a nitrate loading study be required for the additional sewage being generated?
3. Enclosed please find a sketch of proposed Parcel No. 2. Typically seepage pits are
used in this area of the county due to the fact that leach field only septic systems do
not function properly in clay soil. Given this fact it appears ftt there is not enough
area for a 12,000 sq. ft. sewage disposal area and still maintain the required 150'
separation between the existing public well and the sewage seepage pits. It would
appears that this parcel would be unbuildable.
4
4. The existing leach field as shown on Parcel No. 1 has a driveway built over the top
of it. San Joaquin County Standards require a 5' setba&from driveways to leach
lines and seepage pits. This septic system will need to be modified to conform to San
Joaquin County Standards.
5. Was the existing public water system designed to Mande the increased water demand
of the proposed new lots?
I 6. Will any sof the existing lots suffer from diminished water availabiliry for drinking and
fire protection due to the addition sof the proposed new lots?
7. Will the proponent of this application be reVired to reimburse the current
homeowners in the A.O.B. District and C.S.A. No. 46 for the propottesits portion of
the associated fees of these two districts?
k
