The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a forty-two (42) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Cherokee Lane to the property line across the parcel's frontage. (A$350.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development f Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to ' be offered for dedication.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) S ` 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1306.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $528.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically increased on January I of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) F 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification.
