The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a <br /> forty-two (42) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Cherokee Lane to the property line <br /> across the parcel's frontage. (A$350.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development <br /> f Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to <br /> ' be offered for dedication.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> S <br /> ` 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1306.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee <br /> is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $528.00 per 1,000 <br /> gross square foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January I of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> F <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
