Page 1 <br /> e <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This report documents a program of extended site characterization to further define the <br /> plume of affected groundwater emanating from the site of a former fueling station at 7500 <br /> West Eleventh Street, Tracy, California (the Navarra Site). The refinement of the plume <br /> definition was based on, and developed from, the already-completed phases of site <br /> characterization and from analysis of the results of the existing groundwater-quality <br /> monitoring program that has been established in the area in and around the plume of affected <br /> groundwater. This document also details measures taken to purge floating fuel hydrocarbon <br /> products that were present on the groundwater within some parts of the plume and a program <br /> that has been imitated to monitor the quality of water in neighboring wells that are used as <br /> sources of potable water. <br /> 11 Site Location <br /> San Joaquin County,The subject site area is situated in S q a short distance to the east of the city <br /> limits of the City of Tracy, California, at the northwest corner of West Eleventh Street and <br /> Chrisman Road.
