Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel 1 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well on Parcel 1 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> 4 . COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS: <br /> NOTE: A copy of the letter received from the Council in <br /> response to the application referral is attached <br /> for your :information. <br /> 5 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNCIL: <br /> a . Pursuant to Section 66474 .9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
