CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> M t <br /> PA-03-23 <br /> Bowen <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03-23 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on February 18,2003,which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 19, 2004,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated . <br /> January 23, 2003. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
