Ashley Lane <br /> Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE 3263 EAST CHEROKEE ROAD <br /> (APN 132-070-10) <br /> In response to your letter of April 12, 2011 and memo dated June 11, 2013, copy attached, <br /> City staff from the Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have <br /> reviewed your request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property which is located <br /> outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. Recent policy changes regarding the <br /> approvals of utility services outside the City limits have been under consideration by the City <br /> since 2011, and this has unfortunately caused delays in the processing of your Request for <br /> Sanitary Sewer Service. <br /> Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity, <br /> and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following <br /> information is provided as a result of that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The proposed use conforms to the City's General Plan. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation <br /> to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department — Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is currently not served by a sanitary sewer collection system, but there is <br /> adequate capacity available in Wastewater Collection System No. 9 to serve the proposed <br /> project at this time. The two points of connection are at the intersections of Wilson Way and <br /> McAllen Road, and Wilson Way and Stockton Diverting Canal. The property <br /> owner/developer shall design, construct and install all sanitary sewer improvements in <br /> accordance with the adopted Wastewater Master Plan Update, October 2008 (Master Plan). <br /> Stockton <br /> These improvements consist of oversized sewer trunk and main pipelines, oversized lift <br /> station, and any associated appurtenances required by the Master Plan and the City's AI�A rin`y <br /> Standard Plans and Specifications.
