Septic systems maybe <br /> permitted in Rural Residential areas,Commercial areas <br /> .adjacent to Rural Residential areas,and in Warehouse <br /> Industrial zones, if General Plan policies and Development Title <br /> regulationsare met. <br /> Rural Communities Septic system <br /> Freeway Service Public wastewater treatment system for at least each side of the <br /> Areas Outside of freeway. (System maybe private if only one parcel is involved.) <br /> Communities <br /> I <br /> IndustrialAreas Public wastewater treatment system serving the entire planned <br /> Outside of area. (System may be private if only one parcel is involved.) <br /> Communities Septic systems may be permitted in the Truck Terminals <br /> designation and in the Warehouse Industrial zones,if General <br /> Plan policies and Development Title regulations are met. <br /> Commercial Public wastewater treatment system serving the entire planned <br /> Recreation Areas Commercial Recreation area. (Systems may be private if only <br /> Outside Communities one parcel is involved.) <br /> Agricultural Areas Septic system. <br /> i <br /> 3. Public wastewater treatment systems shall be provided by an existing public agency,or by a f <br /> new district if no public agency in the urban community or other area planned for a public <br /> system is empowered to provide wastewater treatment services. <br /> 4. Septic systems may be permitted only; k <br /> (a) within the following General Pian land use designations, except for developmenton <br /> existing lots over two acres in size: Agricultural, Rural Residential, Commercial <br /> areas adjacent to Rural Residential areas within an urban Community, Rural i <br /> Service Commercial,and Limited Industrial,if zoned for warehousing;and <br /> Community Development IV-63 ' <br /> April 1996 <br />
